INSTRUCTIONS FOR MODIFYING COLLECTIONS

SELECTING SLIDER REVOLUTION

Once you're logged in and are viewing the "dashboard" page within WordPress administration,
to then make modifications to any of your collections, you'll need to access the WordPress plugin "Slider Revolution."
This is accomplished by simply clicking on that entry in the left-side navigation of the WordPress admin console.
SELECTING THE MODULE (COLLECTION) YOU WISH TO EDIT


Once you're within the control panel for "Slider Revolution" (SR)
you'll need to first make sure you can see all of your collections (what SR calls "modules").
You do this by clicking on the dropdown and choosing "show all."
Then when you've identified the collection you wish to modify,
click on the "edit" pencil icon to access the module editor.
HOW TO CHANGE THE ORDER, DELETE OR DUPLICATE A SLIDE WITHIN A COLLECTION

When you need to change the order of a slide within the collection (#1), simply click and drag the slide to where you want it to go.
When you want to delete a slide (#2), simply click on the trashcan icon.
And when you want to duplicate a slide (#3), simply click on the duplicate icon.
NOTE: when you duplicate a slide, that new slide is created as the last slide in the collection.
EDITING TEXT IN A PORTRAIT-ORIENTED SLIDE

To edit the text on a slide, double-click on the text box (#1).
Then make whatever changes are required in the text-box content window (#2).
And then click the blue "save" button to save your changes (#3).
CHANGING TEXT LAYOUT IN A PORTRAIT-ORIENTED SLIDE

To change the position of a text box within the slide, click on the text box and drag it until it touches the left side of the image (#1).
Then click on the "Size & Pos" icon (#2).
Click on the "align-top" icon to push the text to the top of the slide (#3).
And then click the blue "save" button to save your changes (#4).
REPLACING IMAGE IN A PORTRAIT (OR LANDSCAPE)-ORIENTED SLIDE


To replace an image in the slide, click on the image (#1).
Then click on the "Media Library" button (#2).
Then click on the "Select Files" button and choose the image you want to upload to WordPress from your computer (#1, SECOND IMAGE).
After you've placed the new image in the slide, then click the blue "save" button to save your changes (#3).
SETTING PORTRAIT IMAGE HEIGHT TO 100% OF SLIDE HEIGHT

After you've replaced your portrait image, you need to make sure it's set to 100% of the slide height.
First click on the image (#1).
Then click on the "Size & Pos" icon (#2).
Make sure "H" (height) in the width/height section is set to 100% (#3).
And then click the blue "save" button to save your changes (#4).
NOTE: after setting image height to 100% of slide height, you might have to make further layout adjustment of the text box.
EDITING TEXT IN A LANDSCAPE-ORIENTED SLIDE

To edit the text on a slide, double-click on the text box (#1).
Then make whatever changes are required in the text-box content window (#2).
And then click the blue "save" button to save your changes (#3).
SETTING LANDSCAPE IMAGE WIDTH TO 100% OF SLIDE WIDTH

After you've replaced your landscape image, you need to make sure it's set to 100% of the slide width.
(or you might have to REDUCE the image width to 90% slide width)
First click on the image (#1).
Then click on the "Size & Pos" icon (#2).
Make sure "W" (height) in the width/height section is set either 100%, or the appropriate lesser width (#3).
And then click the blue "save" button to save your changes (#4).
